Quillan Reed is a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Downtown Sarasota office, bringing an analytical perspective and deep familiarity with the Sarasota-Manatee area. Originally from Oceanside, California, he has called the region home for nearly a decade and currently resides in Palmetto.

A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in economics, Quillan applies his understanding of market dynamics, supply and demand, and consumer behavior to real estate. He also holds the Series 65 qualification, complementing his research-driven approach and commitment to providing buyers and sellers with informed, strategic guidance.

As a member of Sharon Meier's team, Quillan combines local insight with thoughtful market analysis to help customers confidently navigate their real estate goals. His interest in architecture and design further informs his perspective on property, value and marketability.

Quillan is a member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee and the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce. Outside of real estate, he enjoys music production, fitness, art and architecture, with a particular appreciation for Frank Lloyd Wright, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Salvador Dalí and Henri Matisse.
